For help with alarms, Wakeprint Pro, purchases, or the app, contact us by email.

Before contacting support

For alarm access, open iOS Settings and check Wakeprint permissions.
Alarm access lets scheduled alarms ring through Silent Mode and Focus. Notification access is separate and is used for wake check-ins and optional reminders.
If Wake Rescue is enabled, open the wake check-in and confirm you are awake to cancel the prepared rescue alarm.
For an existing subscription, open Wakeprint Pro and choose Restore Purchases.
Subscriptions can be managed or cancelled from your Apple Account settings.

Mevcut bir abonelik için Wakeprint Pro’yu açıp Satın Alımları Geri Yükle’yi seç. Aboneliğini Apple Hesabı ayarlarından yönetebilir veya iptal edebilirsin.
